Did you try Ken's suggestion of changing how you compile/link? What compiler are you using? It sounds like Ken was able to compile with a version of the MSVC compiler which is great - but just remember we "technically" do not support using anything but the appropriate Intel Compiler which we used to build 64 Bit Domino with as noted in our documentation. Since we do not use MSVC for 64 Bit Domino we are not going to be aware of issues which may be related to it.
